We partner with Swap Protect to offer fast, hassle-free resolution if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If something goes wrong, we’ve got your back — approved claims result in replacement items shipped immediately at no additional cost to you.

Claim timelines:

  • Packages marked delivered: claims must be filed after 3 days and within 30 days from the delivery date

  • Packages presumed lost (not marked delivered): claims must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last tracking update

  • All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order date
